Job Summary:

As an Account Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients across one of our client group portfolios (Financial Services, Products, Resources, Health & Public Sector, Communications Media & Technology). You will also shape and execute our go-to-market strategy for Accenture Song in Canada. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with clients to deliver industry-leading customer experiences that drive growth and innovation.
As an Accenture Song Account Lead, you will:
- Develop and Execute Strategies: Establish go-to-market strategies and industry-specific offerings to strengthen existing relationships and drive new business opportunities for Accenture Song.
- Be a Practitioner: Serve as a subject matter expert in customer experience and digital marketing, providing thought leadership and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with executive and senior-level clients to understand their unique needs, objectives, and long-term digital and marketing strategies.
- Drive Account Growth: Partner with Account Leads to develop account-specific relationship strategies and call plans for digital and marketing initiatives.
- Leverage Strategic Alliances: Collaborate with our network of strategic alliance partners to identify and deliver joint business opportunities for clients.
- Lead Business Development: Oversee business development activities throughout the sales cycle, including origination, pipeline tracking, proposal development, and bid management for Canadian accounts.
- Bring the Best of Accenture: Partner with Strategy & Consulting, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver holistic solutions that address client challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 8 years of sales and business development experience with Fortune 500 companies.
- At least 8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: customer experience, experience design, digital transformation, product development (agile), digital marketing, marketing technology, or brand marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in a management consulting firm working with Fortune 500 clients.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice to Have:
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal and client relationships, with a track record of working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in leading and managing consulting engagements in dynamic, goal-oriented settings.
- Deep knowledge of Canadian Banking (retail/consumer, commercial, wealth, capital markets) and/or Insurance (life, property & casualty).
- High energy, a sense of urgency, decisiveness, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Passion for customer experience and a strong understanding of digital trends shaping the industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the broader CMO agenda and how digital integrates into the overall marketing strategy.
- Familiarity with key technologies and platforms, including Adobe and Salesforce.
- Expertise in key topics such as CDP, personalization, mobile applications, and customer experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations to both business and technical audiences.
- Proficiency in consulting documentation tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create effective storytelling and deliverables.
- Experience leading teams through complex sales cycles and managing RFP responses.
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Finance, General Management, Strategy, Digital Business, eCommerce, or related fields.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
