You Are
An emerging technical leader with hands-on experience designing and developing modern web applications using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. You understand how front-end architecture fits into the broader digital ecosystem — from APIs and cloud infrastructure to performance, accessibility, and user experience. You stay ahead of evolving browser standards, web security models, and new platform capabilities such as WebAssembly, PWA, and GenAI integration. You think like an architect but build like a developer — balancing elegant design with practical delivery.
The Work

Define and guide technical approaches for new web features, frameworks, and applications

Create architecture documentation, diagrams, and design specifications for development teams
-
Evaluate and recommend front-end frameworks, libraries, and design patterns for scalability and performance

Partner with cross-functional teams to align front-end, API, and cloud architectures
-
Review implementations to ensure adherence to architectural patterns
-
Spend up to 80% of your time working on-site with clients
Qualifications
Here's What You'll Need

Minimum seven (7) years of experience in technical roles developing mobile and/or web applications

Minimum one (1) year as a technical/architectural leadership
-
Demonstrated experience shipping at least two (2) applications

Understanding of popular application architectures and design patterns
-
Proven experience shipping at least two production-grade web applications
-
Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue)

Strong understanding of application architectures (SPA, micro-frontends, SSR, API orchestration, etc.)

Ability to explain trade-offs among different front-end architectures and backend integration patterns

Experience providing guidance to troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues

Experience establishing coding guidelines and leading code reviews for small to medium sized teams

Bachelor's degree

Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance Status
Bonus Points if You Have

Understanding of popular approaches to documenting software architecture (Open Agile Architecture, Viewpoints and Perspectives, TOGAF, etc.)

Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) as an extension of your web expertise

Experience estimating implementations for one or more platforms

Experience with build tools, and pipelines for continuous build and release

Effectively utilized GenAI agent mode as part of the software development lifecycle

Fluency in French
