Job Summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) & Inventory Functional Lead to drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, and support for clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud (or EBS) Procurement and Inventory modules, strong consulting experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex transformation programs.

  • You will serve as the functional SME across Procurement (P2P), Inventory, Costing, and related Supply Chain and Finance areas, ensuring clients achieve measurable process improvements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the procurement process within Oracle Cloud – including Self-Service Procurement.
  • Manage Oracle Cloud Procurement Contracts and streamline the contracting process.
  • Set up and optimize item master data, categories, catalogues, and templates
  • Optimize purchasing activities using Oracle Cloud Purchasing.
  • Integrate Inventory processes with Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Cost Management modules.
  • Manage Oracle Cloud Payables and Oracle Cloud Payments for accurate payment processing.
  • Maintain compliance with tax regulations via Oracle Cloud TAX module.
  • Facilitate smooth interactions with suppliers via the Oracle Cloud Supplier Portal.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are accounted for correctly in procurement activities (SLA Accounting) within Oracle Cloud.
  • Validate end-to-end flows involving P2P, OM, Manufacturing, and Finance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — P2P, Costing, OM, Finance, Manufacturing
  • Mentor junior consultants and guide technical teams on functional requirements
  • Provide subject-matter expertise, lead implementation, improve processes, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in related discipline.
  • Experience working with Oracle Cloud modules for over 10 years in the following areas: Costing, Self-Service Procurement, Contracts, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, and Inventory.
  • Experience leading at least one full-cycle implementation as a P2P or Inventory Lead.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
  • Experience with multi-org, multi-currency clients.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Oracle Cloud Procurement and/or Oracle Inventory or similar.
  • Experience or strong knowledge in EB – Tax and SLA accounting
  • Experience or strong knowledge in Payable
  • Experience or strong knowledge in Payments
  • Good understanding on manufacturing concepts.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
