WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. You will deploy infrastructure and platform environments, create proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative cloud solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
Conduct regular assessments of cloud infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
The role is required to work onsite typically 3 days a week
Qualifications
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or in a related discipline
-
Minimum 3 years of experience managing/designing cloud PaaS & IaaS components

GitHub pipeline & GitHub Actions design and deployment

Familiarity with Terraform provisioning or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Strong coordination and communication skills, including verbal and written updates to technical stakeholders

Ability to understand how infrastructure supports deployments, even when application code is managed by another team

Exposure to blue/green or canary deployments
-
Experience working in enterprise environments that blend modern cloud and legacy systems

Comfort working in fast paced release cycles across test, performance, and production environments

Certification: AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
NICE TO HAVE:

Certifications: AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate, AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions

Skills in automation and AI related to cloud infrastructure
