In Transformation Excellence:
Transformation Excellence practitioners will shape and steer technology enabled, large-scale transformations with our clients
They will convey deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture at the intersection of our client’s industry to guide them towards a well-defined, value-rich target while effectively managing change
Using deep industry and technology competence e.g., in Cloud, Data or Security, they will build rapport with senior and expert stakeholders in both business and technology functions to facilitate quick and effective decision-making
Transformation Excellence professionals will act as the glue between program stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the course and maximize value realization for our clients
Complex transformation management will be oriented towards value realization across multiple dimensions (e.g., financial, experience, sustainability)
Practitioners will leverage expertise in Cloud/Data Migration, and Agile Project Management to deliver transformation initiatives for banking and / or insurance clients.
As a Manager:
Manage a single project or major workstream, driving overall team deliverables while supervising and mentoring teams
Help define the value of a transformation, and how to measure and track success
Facilitate design thinking and/or customer journey workshops to support development of a transformation roadmap and/or strategy
Manage across transformation management domains for a workstream (e.g., scope, cost, schedule, etc.) as the lead advisory manager
Manage the definition of the practices, processes, toolsets, and operations for one or more transformation domains
Build strong relationships with (senior) clients that extend beyond individual projects, including beginning to develop C-suite relationships while serving as a true trusted advisor
Balance understanding client needs and desires with presenting an informed and convincing perspective in the interests of the client’s business
Develop expertise across multiple targeted technology focus areas and build understanding of organizational culture, frameworks and models
Drive thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital efforts, building a following with similar expertise
Identify and advance ideas for new business opportunities
Drive business development by architecting and developing proposals and SOWs with the support of a Senior Manager
Identify creative and hard-to-find data sources and refine hypothesis through interviews
Develop focused expertise across multiple targeted Transformation Excellence focus areas while maintaining breadth of knowledge basis
Lead transformation projects for banking and / or insurance clients, utilizing skills in Financial Services, Cloud/Data Migration, and Agile Project Management.
Qualifications
Here’s What You Need:

Minimum 2 years of advisory experience at a consulting firm

Minimum 5 years of experience on a transformation program driving value management/realization, operating model design / implementation, executive storytelling or managing measures of success

Minimum 5 years of experience creating investment cases and focusing on value

Minimum of 3 years leading teams
-
Experience in planning / structuring analytical work, facilitating team delivery, and developing and implementing transformation recommendations

Experience in Banking and / or Insurance, Cloud/Data Migration, Transformation Shaping and Management, and Agile Project Management, preferably within the Banking industry

Curiosity about technology and its influences on business and work

Experience leading small high impact teams

You have top-notch communication (written and oral) and people skills

You have strong presentation skills: ability to synthesize information and bring the message forward

You can drive and create executive messaging

Ability to travel and work in Canada

Bachelor’s Degree

You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

You have broad, diverse experience and knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging)

You can develop practical roadmaps that support the enabling of technology transformation

You have shown critical thinking and an ability to question decisions and provide creative solutions

You can manage a variety of projects with increased complexity

Public Cloud Certification(s) (AWS, MS Azure, GCP)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
