You are:
A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.
The work:

Lead end-to-end administration of SAP HANA databases across all environments, including installation, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and performance optimization.

Drive S/4HANA conversion and migration projects, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to HANA-based infrastructure.

Manage HANA system replication, DR setup, and failover for high availability and business continuity.

Oversee SAP BTP administration, including subaccount setup, connectivity, and integration with on-premise and cloud SAP systems.

Provide SAP Basis administration for ECC, BW, Solution Manager, and S/4HANA systems — including transport management, client copies, and system monitoring.

Utilize tools such as HANA Cockpit, HANA Studio, DBA Cockpit, for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

Configure and support SLT replication setup for real-time and scheduled data replication between source and target systems.

Support Linux/Unix administration tasks relevant to HANA, including OS-level tuning, storage, and backup/recovery.

Partner with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.

Lead and mentor DBA/Basis team members, driving automation, standardization, and best practices across SAP operations.
Qualifications
Here’s what you need:

Minimum 10 years of experience, working as SAP HANA DBA

Strong Background on HANA upgrade, migration (including SAP S4 HANA migration), refresh, replication and performance turning

Hands-on experience with HANA Cockpit, HANA Studio, other HANA DB monitoring tools and SLT replication

SAP HANA DB replication & Disaster Recovery

Experience with Linux and Unix administration for HANA, Strong understanding of networking, storage and backup recovery

Must have HANA administrator certification

Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation, transformation or infrastructure design experience

You have SAP Basis experience

You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools
