Marketing Event Operations Senior Analyst - (SEA) English Support
Key responsibilities
- Holistic understanding of all the events happening in their assigned market
- Engage with stake holder to capture requirements
- Tool Setup & execution of the event management related activities like Nominations, Registrations, confirmation, scheduling etc), troubleshooting & escalating as required
- Provide regular updates on the event progress and status reports
- Crafts / edits website, email and registration form copy in language, QA event website and emails from language perspective once setup by Tools Setup team
- Obtains local Client sign off on tool setup
- Handles guest management for events in partnership with local event organizing team
- Deploys event comms email campaigns
- Ensure audience swaps / manual registrations are updated in the system
- Implementation of site waitlist / closure if event registration is at capacity
● Strong project management including planning ( 2+ years of Experience)
● Strong client service (1-2 years of SEA client facing exp.)
● Excellent attention to detail and Executer
● Ability to operate in English
● Excellent local language skills (English): reading, writing, speaking
● Strong documentation & data management abilities (spreadsheet proficiency)
