AI Powered Tech Talent We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks within SAP platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks. This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional SAP processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence.
As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in application development.
Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
While the business situation / problem is given – you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging s GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from SAP, and other providers.
Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption.
Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
Participate in the testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and performance.
Document application processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations
Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with integration of SAP systems with other business applications.
- Familiarity with programming languages relevant to application development.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
- Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
