Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes, monitoring system performance, and actively engaging in efforts to improve testing methodologies. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support configuration of test data and environments to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Participate in code reviews to identify potential defects and areas for improvement.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Experience with designing and executing continuous testing strategies including security, API, and regression testing.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and scripting for test automation.
- Ability to analyze and report defects effectively to support continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support comprehensive testing cycles.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
