SAP Data Migration Functional Expert (F2S) - PLANNING

- Based on the methodology defined, support NEO local team in the coordination of data cleansing
- Onboard the local team for the migration of the data under their responsibility: Leading onboarding workshops, supporting the team in defining the migration approach specificities and mapping
- Validate the data migration deliverables
- Ensure all tasks related to their objects are delivered within the defined timeline, proactively anticipating risks and coordinating with adjacent objects and teams
- Act as first line of support for migration defects and data issues
- Support application owners by providing inputs for data propagation and downstream impacts
- Lead post-migration REX definition for the assigned scope and entity
- Expert proficiency in SAP PP (Production Planning).
- Expert proficiency in SAP Data Migration.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
- •Functional and technical knowledge of their objects•System knowledge (SAP, EBX)•Solid understanding of data quality & flows: ETL, reconciliation/validation•Ability to engage local to understand their context and propose most appropriate migration approach, in line with methodology•Transversal management, animating Tech/Business stakeholders•Ability to manage cross-object dependencies and operate effectively within a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem•E2E understanding of data quality impacts on migration/processes•Strong affinity with problem-solving with a pragmatic delivery mindset
