- Prior internship or work experience in legal operations, document review, legal translation, content moderation, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to review legal documentation in both languages.
- Basic understanding of legal terminology, legal documentation, and translation accuracy.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to apply client guidelines and policies consistently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and team-oriented environment while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to process or policy changes.
- Demonstrated ability to take feedback positively and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
