We are looking for a Country Recruitment Lead with extensive recruitment experience to join our Swedish recruiting team. Our ambition is to attract the best talent on the market to continue building a world class in-house recruitment team.

Currently the Swedish recruitment team consists of 6 team members working in a Nordic context. In this role you will have 2 people reporting directly to you.

Your main responsibilities will be to drive the full recruitment process with focus on the candidate experience, work closely with the local Leadership team, Marketing team and the HR Country Lead. Furthermore having the overall responsible for driving the country graduate agenda in close collaboration with the School Team.  You will get direct exposure to our business leaders advising on sourcing and recruiting strategies and assist in coordinating the recruiting process from A-Z. It is critical that you thrive in a high paste environment and that you have a desire to be the best within your field.

You will have a direct reporting line to the Nordic Recruitment Team Captain and we will give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a dynamic environment. Our recruiting process are built on cooperation and teamwork and you will find yourself working together with our talented and dedicated professionals and in a team consisting of highly skilled recruiters, all working towards a shared goal.

In addition, you will have direct contact to our many cooperation partners, drive and participate in new recruiting initiatives and optimize the recruiting processes.

  

You will be a part of the Nordic Recruitment team consisting of more than 30 Recruitment professionals. Apart from working closely together with the different functions in HR, we expect you to take active part in the community.

Qualifications

  • A relevant Master or Bachelor degree

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within recruitment

  • Search experience with IT and R&D recruitment

  • People lead experience

  • Experience with A-Z recruiting A-Z in one or more of the Nordic countries

  • Stakeholder management skills

  • Good knowledge of SoMe

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
