Our Data & AI team at Accenture Strategy & Consulting are constantly looking to grow our team and are therefore looking for professionals with various backgrounds and experience.
We are currently seeking a data savvy Senior Manager with either a strategy focus or more technical depth that share our passion for data, Gen AI, and AI. We are especially interested in profiles with experience in the financial service industry.

As an AI Strategy Senior Manager, you will work with strategic questions within the Data & AI field, for example assessing Data & AI business opportunities or developing and optimizing Data & AI operating models. It can also include supporting complex system implementations powered by Accenture that orchestrate and accelerate results by scaling Data and AI platforms for our customers.
Specifically, you can expect to:
Shape and scope value-led business transformations navigating in a high degree of complexity and ambiguity.
Consistently identify and lead opportunities to create new value streams for your client.
Drive sales in Data & AI strategy through client and stakeholders' engagement activities and proactive engagement with Accenture Industry Leads.
Develop comprehensive strategies to measure and maximize the business impact of Data & AI initiatives, enabling informed decision-making.
Guide and support clients through the transformative changes powered by Generative AI.
Partner with clients across diverse industry sectors to define winning strategies by leveraging Data & AI capabilities.
As an AI Data Science Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful insights and solutions that drive business value. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of data analysis, modeling, and deployment of machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Specifically, you can expect to:
Responsible for the shaping and delivery of key aspects of data science and machine learning solutions and projects, for example, data preprocessing, model evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with technology experts to integrate Accenture assets and tools, and ecosystem partners to architect, sell, and deliver client solutions.
Manage a team of developers, engineers, and data scientists to deploy analytics solutions that drive business value and establish strategies for integrating and expanding analytics capabilities.
Establish best practices for data governance, data quality assurance, and reproducibility to maintain high standards of data integrity and consistency.
Drive reinvention and transformation by overseeing the strategic roadmaps, scaling, and adoption of (Gen)AI technologies, fostering innovative solutions and strategies to optimize business processes and enhance organization performance.

Qualifications
Job requirements:
We expect you to have a proven track record of successful Data & AI strategy implementations, a history of thought leadership in the field, and the ability to mentor and guide colleagues.
Furthermore, we expect the following from you:
Data & AI Skills: 8+ years of relevant experience within Data and/or AI. Experience with (Gen)AI and knowledge of Data Science principles and methodologies. Experience with cloud, data architecture, understanding of data lifecycle, data product design, data mesh solutions, data governance, and management.
Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of 1-2 specific industries and advisory on their business needs. A background in the Financial Services industry is advantageous.
Relationship Management: Skilled in leading teams and managing complex projects with exceptional internal/client handling skills and a track record of successful solutions.
Sales excellence: Proven experience in building entrepreneurial teams and presenting project proposals to clients, demonstrating a strong ability to sell consultancy services and projects.
Execution & leadership: Having managed and delivered on a balanced set of metrics including customer relationship, delivery scope, people development, and capability building. Cultivate and guide junior colleagues, fostering their professional growth and development through mentorship and support.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, being able to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Proficient in English.
Education: Master´s Degree in a relevant field.
