Tech Talent Program
When entering Accenture Technology as a graduate consultant, you will be part of our Tech Talent Program.
During the two-year Tech Talent Program, you will go through an intense learning process – with a Buddy and People Lead helping and coaching you to figure out exactly how to develop your career and skills needed to succeed.
You will be a consultant from day one as you will be part of projects where we implement complex technology and business critical IT systems for our international clients, transforming their business.
You will build your professional network across the organization by being part of projects, taking part in our communities and by joining our social events and parties.

These are some of the responsibilities and tasks that you as a graduate may work with:
Help our customers to develop the best IT solutions by being a link between business and IT
Work with cloud solutions like Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Cloud Platform, Azure and Amazon Web Services
Support in identifying customer requirements, seek client clarifications, understand compliance and apply modern cloud functionality to meet the requirements
Work and develop solutions using program languages like Java, Python, SQL and more
Design and build security in IT environments and cloud platforms
Support in developing relevant solutions and requirements fitting well to our Journey to the Cloud strategy (J2C)
Support in Change Management, help clients make best usage of the Accenture assets and best practices across the clouds
Support project management or other management functions in projects
Grow your professional skills within analytics, artificial intelligence, Big Data and machine learning
Qualifications
Who are you?
You will soon receive your bachelor’s or master's degree within relevant area
You want to join our Stockholm office in August 2024
You have excellent written and oral presentation skills in both English and Swedish
You are ambitious, driven, solution-oriented and motivated to start your career in a technology consulting role

Parental leave
