What you could work with:

• Finance Platform Transformation – Help finance organizations secure the opportunity to take their system implementation to the next level by developing harmonized and standard processes and streamlining their data models.

• Enterprise Value – Focusing very much on value targeting and architecting - large scale combined bus & tech transformation value identification, tracking and realization. Identification and realization of value for the enterprise and help in driving measurable outcomes through digital investments at the right pace and scale.

• Enterprise Analytics – Help CFOs to become more data-driven to provide insights enabling true business partnering in Finance required for sustainable growth and decision-making

• Finance Operations – Ensure business continuity and de-risk the organization in a downturn economy through an agile operating model in which high-performance Finance & Accounting can be delivered anytime, anywhere. Process and data management concepts, zero-based thinking etc.

• Enterprise Performance Management – Develop integrated, cloud-enabled, planning and enterprise performance analysis capabilities that will enhance strategic insights and accelerate business decisions.

• Automation and AI – Help organizations become leading edge companies utilizing generative AI, process- and task mining
