Workplace Services Associate (Front Desk Team Member)
Job Description
Be yourself,
Make a difference
Are you ready to take your expertise to the next level?
There is never a typical day at Accenture, but that is why we love it here! This is an extraordinary opportunity to build a rewarding career at Accenture Workplace Office Team.
You only get one chance to make a good impression – and that’s why our Office team plays a vital role when it comes to building our brand and our culture at Accenture.
In our Workplace Office team, you will work in an environment responsible for delivering a holistic experience for employees and visitors, beyond their expectations, when they are in the office or at an event. We want to not only meet and greet them, but to also engage them, talk to them, surprise them, spoil them. It is our aim that this experience will be present with others when they think of us.
The team has a widespread scope of responsibilities such as customer service, environmental work, office safety, facility management and lots more.
The roles in the team are specialized, but the workflow is liquid, enabling us to harvest synergies between our tasks, and each team member plays an important part in ensuring what we call hyper personalized services. No request is too big – and none too small.
We are now looking for new team members for our front desk.
As a team member, you are particularly responsible for welcoming guests and employees to our two offices in Stockholm. This includes people who visit in person, from the moment they step through the door, offering them a personalized welcome, perhaps a coffee and a chat, and walking them to the meeting room or lounge area. What is equally important is when they leave – we would like to see them back again!
The front desk also welcomes people who call us or who participate in virtual meetings via video. You will manage conference rooms preparation, catering, and more. While many of the tasks involve direct personal contact, we would also expect you to be tech savvy and able to give instructions on our collaboration tools, such as video and Microsoft Teams.
You will also be part of a team who dedicates it’s time to make people smile and to give guests and employees the little extra.
