Depending on your previous experience the role will be either Executive Assistant or Junior Executive Assistant.

Job description:

The Executive assistant is responsible for providing various administrative support to Accenture leadership with complex organizational responsibilities. The assistant works both independently as well as in a team environment supporting each other when needed. You will belong to Sweden Business Executive support team, a part of the Nordic Workplace & LTS workforce.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Book travels for the executive and independently coordinate complex travel arrangements, typically involving multiple changes and destinations based on understanding of executive’s availability and obligations. Support with travel documentation and procedures (itineraries, visa/passport procedures).

  • Manage potential complex calendar/diary activity for your executives, including coordination of appointments as well as extensive rescheduling in various time zones. 

  • Participate in leadership and community meetings for information and taking minutes of meetings if requested.

  • Be the point of contact for the executives you are supporting, to guide and inform of business processes as well as general research.

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings/conferences in liaison with the Meeting and Events Planning
    team when applicable.

  • Innovative mindset to be knowledgeable on Accenture’s tools and technology.  Educate executives on new and existing technology/processes supporting Accenture’s overall strategy.

  • Participate in the Executive Assistant team meetings and activities, support team members and share knowledge with your colleagues.

- You come with a relevant education/experience from business administration and/or customer experience

- Tech-savvy – detailed knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint with interest to learn the new
