Job Description
At Fjord, Production Design isn’t just necessary but critical to our team’s success. Living at the intersection of design and engineering, the Production Design team ensures our designs are clearly communicated and executed according to our creative vision. As a Production Designer (D1), you’re obsessed with creating order out of chaos. You’ll be responsible for converting finalized mobile app and website designs into developer-ready specification documents and assets. You’ll be the bridge between design and development, providing unified support for both sides. Join us, and put your insane dedication to perfection to good use.
As a team, we:
Produce specification documents (dev decks) and assets generated to specific platforms
Support Development and QA in reviewing the build to ensure creative integrity to completion of the build
Communicate effectively and take ownership of projects
As a designer, you:
Support the Production Design department in general tasks needed for development
Keep and maintain multiple files organized across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment
Have a willingness to learn new skills
Create and design new screens based on preexisting designs
Work enthusiastically, respectfully and collaboratively with other project team members.
Qualifications

Teach each other new ways to think about Production Design for products and services.
