We are looking at significantly growing our ServiceNow Business Group in the Nordics in FY22. Join our team as a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer and help our clients to solve their most critical business challenges, improve performance and gain a competitive edge



Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation
  • Understand and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives
  • Engage with the customer’s Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customer’s core applications
  • Establish and manage a technical governance
  • Ensure the instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow practices
  • Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the client’s needs
  • Demonstrating solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions
  • Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g. ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps)
  • Understanding and having experience in driving process optimisation, efficiencies and productivity using automation
  • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
  • Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues
  • Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform
  • Contribute to the development of opportunities and provide input to grow our business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry and project experience of 5+ years with ServiceNow
  • Consultancy experience will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations
  • Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
  • Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITIL) / Agile / DevOps environment
  • Hold a ServiceNow System Administrator certification and/or and Implementation Specialist
  • Prior experience of working with international teams (this role is in the Nordics)
  • Fluency in English language
  • At the moment we are inviting applications from you who is currently working in Sweden and/or have the relevant permits
