Job Description

The Accenture Records & Information Management (ARIM) Program Manager works cooperatively to enable the execution of delivery or product work by creating, implementing and managing required elements of the program, engages key stakeholders and participates with them on monitoring and reporting progress. May have responsibilities for financial and operational management. Wide latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Manage complex teams and /or work efforts ensuring high levels of quality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the delivery of services for Records & Information Management in line with pre-defined process descriptions
  • May oversee ARIM Regional operations, and supervise Region Leads
  • Assist with implementing Global ARIM (Business Operations) strategic direction
  • Responsible for one or several functional areas, e.g. Offsite storage, ISMS, GDPR, V&A, Audits, Holds etc.
  • May oversee Social Media, ARMShare, Circles, etc.

Skills & Work Experience:


  • Interpretation and analytical skills
  • Intermediate facilitation skills
  • Project management skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Fluent oral and written English


Must have:


  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience


Good to have:


  • Experience managing small projects and initiatives
