Accenture Workplace Facility Management Lead - Stockholm

In our country-based Facility Management teams, you will work in an environment responsible for delivering a professional and creative workspace to employees and visitors, beyond their expectations.

The Facility team is responsible for a variety of tasks which are linked to the operation of our offices. We ensure that the premises are optimized in their design and layout, and effectively utilized and maintained. This is relevant for all offices and includes refurbishing and reallocation activities. Security has high priority, and it is our responsibility to ensure seamless processes around our corporate policies linked to our premises.

Frequent contact with stakeholders at all levels, as well as landlords and other suppliers require great collaborative ability and good realm with many actors. You must act with professionalism and demonstrate a good understanding of a complex international organization to be able to make well-founded decisions.

A country facility team is led by a Country Facility Lead who reports to the Nordic Facility Lead.

The Country Facility team lead
drives operational excellence and is responsible for developing the services to current and future business needs. This includes leading and motivating the team, as well as liaising with the Nordic lead and local stakeholders, including colleagues across other functions. An important part of your role, you must lead your team in an environment of sharing, ideation, delegation and growth. Forecasting, budgeting and asset registration are important areas of responsibility.

As a team lead you are responsible for the offices in the country – you have a team lead role which includes team planning, career planning, performance managements – being their career counselors and responsible for their training as well as developing the team in always wish to grow further – take another steps – and with a main focus to always deliver high level office.

The position is base in Stockholm however you will work closely with the other country Facility leads as well as in close connection with the others leads within the Workplace organization – both country based, but also on Nordic levels.

Office projects; lead and project management

  • Expansion of offices
  • Closing down offices
  • Re-decoration programs
  • New offices

Office measurements statistics

  • Utilization numbers
  • Booking reservation systems

Security in the offices

  • Make our offices fully secure
  • Participate in security audits
  • Conduct emergency exercises

Furniture, fixtures and other equipment’s – planning and maintenances


Responsible for the equipment’s we have in our office, be single point of contact as well as be able to make first-line support. Work in close connection with out LTS teams
Understand and monitor the usages of the equipment

Supplier managements
Work closely with our supplier – evaluating their offers
Monitoring contracts and terms, follow up.

Environmental programs
Nordic Workplace has our own Environmental team – work very close to them and be part of their programs and initiatives

Office suppliers and stationery
Signing Programs - Both externally and internally

Mobile phones
Procurements, policies, suppliers, programs and administration

Forecasting, budget work and invoicing
Monitoring closely the financing work around your location/locations

Capital investments programs within our office portfolio.
Maintain and monitor the asset register

  • High proficiency level in Swedish and English.
  • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility.
  • Accuracy and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work well with all levels of management, staff, clients and vendors.
  • Since security is a focus area, the ability to make decisions in pressured situations is important.
  • The team lead should have 3-4 years of experience from a similar role, and preferably experience as a team lead.
