Location Lead Gothenburg

Accenture has five offices in Sweden: Three in Stockholm, one in Gothenburg and Malmö.

Gothenburg has 26 workstations, 7 meeting rooms, a lounge and a large kitchen. 

As Location Lead in Accenture you work closely with the service team at the head office in Stockholm who mainly provides internal services to the 1100 employees assigned to Stockholm but are available to all employees in Sweden, about 1 200 people. 

Job Summary:  

The Location Lead independently carries out all the services in his/her area(s) of responsibility. 

The scope of the job may include a wide range of services and/or activities including mainly routine tasks to be completed independently according to office guidelines and/or under general supervision. The Location Lead prioritizes and completes assigned standardized tasks following general guidelines to meet defined goals. He/she may assist each customer by providing individualized attention, accurate information, efficient service and timely follow-up. 

Working hours according to agreement, it’s a part time job (50%). There might be situations were flexibility is required e.g. events at the office.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Greet and direct external visitors. 
  • Managing building and Accenture access cards. Managing parking cards. 
  • Make sure security policies are upheld.
  • Stock and maintain appearance of general use areas, meeting rooms and kitchen. 
  • Process a wide range of requests. 
  • Responsible for suppliers linked to office supplies/equipment and other purchases as well as property manager Vendors and janitors. 
  • Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment e.g. audio-visual/video conference equipment.
  • Order catering and act as a conference hostess as required.  
  • Invoice handling through a web-based tool.
  • Handle mobile phones and other equipment. Repair, replacement, lending, according to guidelines.   
  • Receive computers, mobile phones and other device when an employee terminates his/her employment or embarks on a longer leave of absence, according to an established process.
  • Act as fire coordinator and responsible for the locations exercise assessment. Coordinate training related to this roll.

Work Experience:    Customer service experience and previous experience from equal positions preferred.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Ability to multitask i.e. stress resistance.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Accuracy and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience using a computer and web-based tools.
  • Good oral and written skills including English language.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Take responsibility and be proactive.
  • Prestige less
