Nordic Technology and Strategy Marketing Lead


We are looking for a skilled marketing and communications professional who would like to take on the role as our Nordic Technology and Strategy marketing lead during 2018. 100% - Maternity cover January - December 2018


You will be working with the Nordic Geographic Marketing and Communications team to execute Technology and Strategy specific events and campaigns as well as marketing initiatives to enhance the perception of Accenture’s capabilities and offerings; differentiating Accenture from competitors, and creating a preference for Accenture in the marketplace through creative and innovative marketing. You will be responsible for formulating and driving the strategy, design, rollout and measurement of Technology and Strategy marketing initiatives and programs to support the business units in achieving their business objectives. Hence, you need to be interested in the latest technology, eager to learn, structured, a proficient writer and fluent in Swedish as well as English.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and drive Nordic Technology and Strategy specific marketing and communications plans
  • Project manage, develop and deliver Technology and Strategy marketing and communications initiatives including third party alliances
  • Work with the Nordic GEO marketing team to implement marketing and communications activities
  • Develop clear and compelling messages
  • Plan and manage investment and budget
  • Define and track metrics
  • Report marketing and communications achievements to the Nordic Technology and Strategy leadership, the global Technology and Strategy marketing organization as well as the Nordic GEO Marketing team 
  • Provide marketing counsel to the Technology and Strategy platforms


Other Responsibilities:


  • Analyze market/competitor/influencer research as input to positioning and marketing and communications plans
  • Manage marketing services resources and third party service providers, e.g., agencies, designers, writers


Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (written and oral) 
  • Able to provide strategic support and counsel
  • Able to solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated talent to implement marketing programs in a professional services environment
  • Strong organizational, project management and time-management skills
  • Self-starter
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or communications
