Customer Success Manager (Partner Management) - Korean Speaking
Role Overview
The Regional PM is responsible for executing partner outreach, supporting skilling initiatives, and maintaining operational excellence across engagement lifecycles. The role involves close collaboration with Partner Development Managers (PDMs), driving structured communication, supporting discovery and engagement calls, and ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups.
This role is critical in enabling scalable partner skilling operations while ensuring high data quality, process compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Engagement & Communication
Execute structured partner outreach including introductory emails and follow-ups (PDM & partner-led)
Maintain communication cadence across engagement stages (intro → discovery → post-engagement)
Ensure timely and professional responses to stakeholders
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with PDMs and internal stakeholders for alignment on partner progress
Schedule and support key calls:
PDM alignment calls
Partner discovery calls
Engagement calls
3. Account Research & Skilling Planning
Conduct partner account research to identify skilling opportunities
Support development of tailored skilling plans aligned to partner needs
Capture insights and translate into actionable recommendations
4. Engagement Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end partner engagement flow:
Outreach → Discovery → Engagement → Follow-up
Drive consistent follow-ups to ensure progress and closure
Maintain engagement momentum across partner accounts
5. Operational Excellence & Governance
Ensure tracker hygiene:
Accurate status updates
Alignment between comments and progress
Timely closure of activities
Support reporting, documentation, and administrative activities
6. Additional Support
Handle ad-hoc partner-related activities as required
Support scaling of engagement activities across regions
Experience & Eligibility
3-5 years of experience in operations, partner engagement, or program coordination
Exposure to skilling programs, partner ecosystem, or customer engagement roles preferred
Strong communication in Korean and English
