You are:
An experienced Oracle Utilities CSS and WACS Test Lead

The Work:
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to coordinate and oversee all testing activities across the Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) implementation programme. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivered solution is designed as intended, requirements are fully validated, and quality gates are met at every stage — from system integration testing through to user acceptance and go-live readiness. The Test Lead works closely with functional leads, developers, business stakeholders, and the Oracle delivery team to drive a structured, evidence-based approach to quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

  • Test planning & coordination
  • Define and own the overall test strategy and test plan for CCS and WACS workstreams, covering system testing (ST), system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression, and performance testing.
  • Coordinate test schedules, resource planning, and environment readiness across both CCS and WACS workstreams, ensuring dependencies are identified and testing activities are sequenced correctly.
  • Manage test environment provisioning, test data preparation, and tool setup in collaboration with technical and infrastructure teams.

This is a hybrid role and require 3 days per week in the office.

Here is what you need:
• Minimum of 5 years experience on Oracle Cloud CCS, WACS and OFS Test planning and execution

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) 


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
