As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications are efficient, reliable, and scalable, contributing to the overall success of business operations. Continuous engagement with evolving project demands and adapting solutions accordingly is a key aspect of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications seamlessly into existing systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to optimize code for performance on HANA.
- Ability to design and implement complex business logic within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs to ensure quality deliverables.
- Experience in collaborating with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
