Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and experience in designing and implementing integration solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based middleware platforms and API management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
