As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous engagement with evolving project needs to support organizational goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software components.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document development processes and code changes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex systems.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
