Analyze and design new business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases to support business needs.
Serve as a liaison to the business community, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Participate in user and task analysis to maintain alignment with business perspectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management.
Advanced proficiency in Customer Relationship Management.
A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
