Role Overview
As an Oracle HCM Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Core HCM. You will own the functional solution end-to-end, configuring work structures, security, approvals, and Fast Formulas, while guiding clients through design decisions, testing, and go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across key modules.
- Act as the functional subject matter expert for HCM processes, including Time & Labor and Absence Management.
- Own system configuration end-to-end, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and best practices.
- Design and implement Fast Formulas, value sets, approval rules, and business rules to support complex scenarios.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into working functional solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting.
- Lead testing activities (SIT and UAT), defect resolution, and deployment support.
- Support system enhancements, quarterly release impact assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and process standardization across modules.
- Mentor team members and contribute to overall delivery quality.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with strong Fusion Cloud implementation background.
- Hands-on expertise across Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Core HCM (work structures, security, approvals, and related areas).
- Strong experience in Fast Formula design and development.
- Proven track record across the full implementation lifecycle: design, configure, test, deploy, and support.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and transformation initiatives.
- Experience in Core HR and Payroll.
- Exposure to HCM Extracts, HDL and data loading, and OTBI / BI Publisher reporting.
- Ability to work effectively across functional and technical teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
