As an data subject, I do hereby give to Accenture PLC the right to use my image/photo, likeness, voice and content (“Media”) for the purpose of live streaming and posting content on Accenture Office 365 Video, Accenture mobile app(s), Accenture internal or external websites, Accenture PLC internal or external websites, external websites such as YouTube, and/or social networking sites throughout the world.
I understand that my image/video footage and comments may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, reproduced or distributed and I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product as well as any Intellectual Property Right including copyright that may be contained in my image/video footage, comments or any Media. Nothing in this Consent Form is construed as an obligation of Accenture or Accenture or their affiliates to use any of the Media, and I acknowledge that I will not be paid for use of such Media.
I hereby grant Accenture PLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”), the royalty-free right to use this Media throughout the world for viewing for the purpose of, but not limited to, education, instruction, advocacy, advertising, publicity, business, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in any media now known or hereafter developed.
