Movement to Work

What we do

The need

Our approach

We co-founded Movement to Work with the aim of providing 100,000 young unemployed people with the training and work experience they need to find employment.

Accenture has committed to delivering in-house placements equivalent to ~1% of our UK permanent workforce each year.

We offer multi-week placements which include vocational training, employability skills and meaningful work experience to help kick-start careers in the technology and digital sectors.

We support participants to apply for Accenture’s Technology Degree apprenticeship programme as well as job opportunities with other corporates and SMEs.
