How we’re advancing accessibility inside and outside Accenture

With our clients

Our Global Accessibility Practice supports clients in their accessibility journeys. We offer assessments, training, strategy development, remediation support and more, all tailored to each client's unique needs. We help clients unlock the full potential of digital accessibility to drive business growth.

With our partners

A key partner relationship is with Microsoft, where we apply the built-in accessibility features of Microsoft 365 such as accessibility checkers; enhanced meeting tools like closed captioning in Teams; and customizable accessibility preferences in Outlook, to name just a few.

We’re integrating Copilot into our accessibility approach, using its AI-powered assistance to support writing, communication, content creation and workplace productivity.

Our collaboration with Microsoft involves providing ideas to increase accessibility of Microsoft products, implementing early versions of accessibility features and sending feedback on the implementations.

An inclusive approach

Accessibility is led by our Global Disability and Neurodiversity Inclusion Leadership Council which defines priorities, measures progress and supports intersections across the business.

Our intention is to foster a culture and a workplace in which all of our people feel a sense of belonging and are respected and empowered to do their best work and to create 360° value for all our stakeholders. Learn more about how we support our culture of belonging.
