Your financial wellbeing

  • Base pay

    Your base pay is determined by your job, unique skills, impact and career progression and is tailored to the market where you work and live.

  • Bonuses

    Our bonus programs recognize you for your achievements and contributions to our business. Depending on your role and location, you may be eligible for one or more bonus.

  • Pension

    We contribute to your yearly pension savings with a 5% contribution for pensionable salary up to 7,1G and 12% contribution for pensionable salary between 7,1 and 12G.

  • Employee share purchase plan (ESPP)

    The ESPP enables you to buy shares at a 15% discount. You can contribute up to 10% of your pay towards the purchase of Accenture shares (up to a maximum contribution of US $7,500). Eligible employees (up to and including level 5) can enroll in the ESPP.

  • Insurance

    You’ll automatically receive life insurance, occupational disability insurance and health insurance, in addition to access to a Health Telephone and Employee Assistance Program.

  • Performance equity

    Performance equity awards are given to people at levels 6 and above to reward, recognize, and retain our highest performing individuals, and recognize significant career milestones.

  • Voluntary Equity Investment Program (VEIP)

    The VEIP enables eligible Leaders to purchase Accenture shares monthly and receive a 50% Restricted Share Unit (RSU) matching grant at the end of the program year.

  • Financial education

    You’ll get access to a personalized financial education platform for you and your family.

Confidential, professional guidance for challenges that may arise including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or legal and financial concerns.

The Calm app offers tips to help reduce stress or improve sleep, Nudge provides personalized financial education and RethinkCare gives support to parents and guardians. Thrive Global courses help build new habits to boost resilience, well-being, and belonging. You’ll also have access to Wysa to access advice from a private, anonymous, and clinically safe 24/7 confidential chatbot if you’re not ready to talk to a person.
