Define data-driven strategy

We defined the new PPA strategy and embed data & analytics to step-up maturity.

It reduced the process from 9 months to a couple of days, identified USD $150+ Million in revenue for only one category, and enabled real-time, data-driven decision making to improve PPA strategy.

Realize value from analytics

We had an E2E Trade Promotion Management Process review and conducted gap identification.

It led to detailed E2E To Be Processes (L1 - L3), a design of a KAM CoE, and several focus areas such as SKU Management, Pricing, Payments, and Accruals, and User Experience & Enhancements.

Develop data foundation for analytics

We got brought in when analytics use cases were failing to scale up due to data foundation. Data factory was needed for scaling use cases.

300+ internal and external data sources were harmonized, accomplished 150+ reusable data-assets in the first year, and Net Sales Value increased by USD $50 million through optimization of cross-border pricing.
