We are looking for a Project Manager who will focus on designing and improvement business processes to meet business needs and engage other teams in our network to drive robust, end-to-end solutions for our internal partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with team members to design, evaluate and improve processes
  • Plan and implement process excellence projects to improve quality, reduce cost and eliminate process waste
  • Provide leadership with status updates to demonstrate progress on a periodic basis
  • Facilitate virtual discussions, navigating partners with potentially challenging goals to reach desired outcomes
  • Work with other teams (Technology, Analytics, Change Management) to recommend end-to-end solutions for partners
  • Define process metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Develop cases to quantify the impact of process improvements


Your skills

  • Minimum 1 year project / program management experience or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year process improvement experience or equivalent
  • Self-starter who is willing to work through ambiguity and take initiative to tackle sophisticated problems
  • Successful working independently and/or as part of a team in a global, virtual environment
  • Strong project / program management skills with experience using process improvement and/or project management methodologies a plus
  • Shown expertise in working with MS Office Tools particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to talk to all levels of management using storytelling
  • First-hand experience working with Design thinking and FORM concepts is a plus
