You offer insights and advice to the customer and support them creating and implementing their business strategy. Also, you think about their most important questions and initiatives, such as digital disruption, net zero transition, industry convergence, growth and innovation, operating models, sustainable cost management, business transformations and more.
With our Utilities practice we provide functional, technology and industry consulting services to Utilities companies. We are industry practitioners with the insights and capabilities to transform leading Utilities organizations and help them navigate constantly evolving landscape they operate in.
As a Consultant Manager you will be part of the Utilities Industry Practice. With this practice we help large clients in Generation & Renewables, Transmission & Distribution, Energy Retail, E-mobility infrastructure, Water and Wastewater. You will help our clients with a broad range of services such as (digital) strategies, capital and major projects delivery, process-led transformations and technology transformations.
You will support capability growth and talent development within the Utilities practice along with supporting and driving business growth within the Utilities practice.
You will bring experience in project management and leading teams and have the ambition to continuously develop your market relevant knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills and seek to continuously drive innovation and value for our clients.
Relevant undergraduate/master’s degree program in a technical, business or economic qualification;
5+ years of relevant proven experience in Energy / Utilities or comparative Industry;
Experience in leading high performing teams;
Ability to maintain strong client focus and are value driven in your approach;
Manage stakeholders across multiple business and technical groups;
Comfortable working in a fluid environment across a wide variety of projects and roles;
You have experience in sales and proposal development;
Interest in technology and its application;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
You have excellent quantitative and analytical skills;
You have an interest in continuous development and like to keep up to speed with the latest industry trends;
