ROTHCO is looking for an experienced Sr Creative Technologist to lead their Creative Products team. The Sr Creative Technologist will help Creative Products and the entire agency ideate, visualize, prototype, communicate, sell, and (most importantly) make the ideas that fall outside of “traditional” advertising. The Sr Creative Technologist will defend and champion the department goals. They will creatively find solutions to problems in spaces they may have little to no experience. By prototyping, experimenting, developing, and iterating, the Sr Creative Technologist will help Creative Products and the agency go beyond what conventional advertising can do for clients and create value that outlives the campaign cycle.
A critical role in the agency, the Sr Creative Technologist will oversee all Creative Products projects, working across the agency, and external departments to maximise collaboration and integration from project initiation to final delivery. Working closely with the Production Practice lead, the Sr Creative Technologist will amplify the team’s goals, champion the department’s vision, and ensure the department is accurately resourced with the right talent.

As a seasoned Creative Technologist, you will be excellent at driving business through innovation and possess the latest knowledge of current and emerging technologies in your field.
You should have extensive experience both on the creative side of production and tech development, to lead and connect both teams.
You will be required to oversee the conception, design, and execution of interactive digital creative for integrated, cross-channel initiatives along with new and innovative ways to help bring ideas to life.
Influencing ideation and finding solutions, prototyping concepts for testing, crafting cutting edge modern front-end solutions, and experimenting with emerging technologies and frameworks will form part of your responsibilities.
The Sr Creative Technologist is responsible for successfully delivering small and large projects across multi-channel deliverables, driving a diverse pool of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated projects on time and at world-class standards of quality.
You will generate and creatively lead internal and external-facing documentation/decks to communicate non-traditional ideas effectively with an eye on what it takes to make the idea approachable and tangible.
Influence ideation and provide innovative solutions to client briefs
Build relationships internally, externally and across the Accenture network to assemble collaborative teams
Experiment and explore new technologies and frameworks
You will engage and act as POC between departments throughout the process.
You will support Gangs in aggregating inspiration and reference materials for ideation sessions on available technology and creative collaborators, always looking for the most creative solution.
You will oversee the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) and follow internal approval to get a written agreement with the client.
You will foster and mentor talent within the team by implementing training and growth. The team will improve their ability to ideate and sell non-traditional ideas.
Ensure colleagues in Creative Products learn skills necessary to gain the confidence of clients and remain influential in the team and agency.
You will take briefs directly and manage the process with client from brief to final delivery/supply.
You will oversee the internal department process to ensure the correct systems and approaches are being used to facilitate effective turn-around from idea to delivery.
You will coordinate via project/account management to confirm all stakeholders are prepared and documentation is distributed and updated.
You will work cross-department to implement agency processes that expand and diversify the types of briefs ROTHCO can receive.
Ensure the account executives’ attitude and approach reflects the Creative Products capabilities and goals.
You will connect with Resource Management to confirm talent needs.
Work with Executive Producers and Head of Creative Studio to drive innovative interactive and digital production output.
Work with Strategists, Creative Directors and the broader agency teams to guide the execution of projects from a product design, IA/UX, usability and development perspective.
Work with Technical Directors to optimise our infrastructure and processes.
Participate in client meetings where technology/digital development is discussed.
Present to both internal and external audiences to help educate, inspire and provide thought leadership on interactive technologies.
Be eager to challenge conventional thinking with new ideas, new approaches and new solutions.
Showcase Practice capabilities and build new reputational currency internally and externally.

Experience & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of how the internet works
Experience as a practitioner in the field of Creative Tech and digital production
Self-directed and able to work collectively and independently.
Own the delivery of projects, spanning multiple workstreams.
You are comfortable, confident, and experienced with the production of small and large projects, including scoping, implementation and evaluation.
You know how to proactively identify risks to delivery, escalating when necessary to avoid creative or commercial risk.
You can be accountable for leading projects against the agreed evaluation criteria, gathering information for the project wash up/evaluation stages of projects.
You can identify and mitigate out-of-scope situations and agree on appropriate actions or solutions that will keep the project going.
