About Talent and Organisation
Our Talent & Organisation / Human Potential Practice helps clients co-create the workforce of the future. How? We make decisions based on data and insights. We give people the tools and roadmaps to do their best work. We create digital experiences employees love. Our approach and our people put us at the front of the pack for talent, HR and organisational consulting.

Talent & Organisation professionals, situated within our Strategy & Consulting practice, partner with our clients to:

  • Embed organisational change on large scale business transformations

  • Design and implement talent strategies that will support business growth

  • Create and implement new operating models to achieve their business and people agenda

  • Transform their HR functions to become a more strategic partner to the business, enabled by technology

About You                                                                                                                              You are driven, enjoy a challenge,  know that companies must change or be left behind, and you know how to help companies do that. You’ve got the skills, mindset and know-how to help companies remake themselves from top-to-bottom to be more nimble, more capable and more productive. You also know that clients need a strong team to partner with them and you know how to build teams that work.

You will have experience as a consulting practitioner at Consultant/Manager/Senior Manager level. You feel highly motivated to own the data-orientated future of talent, leadership, culture & organisation together with our clients, and you have the ability to craft, sell and deliver programs.

About the Roles
As an experienced Consultant/Manager/Senior Manager within the Talent and Organisation/Human Potential practice, you will be expected to work on projects that might include:

  • Change Management

  • Future workforce

  • Talent strategy and new skilling

  • Operational model design 

  • Organisational Design

  • HR Transformation

Skill Requirements

We are looking for Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers with:

  • Experience in consulting work connected to talent & organisation/human potential topics

  • Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1)

  • Previous consulting experience is highly valued

  • Experience working in multi-national environments

  • Strong analytical skills, understands complex issues, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual and creative problem solving.

  • A proven ability to collaborate, engage, and facilitate client meetings and workshops.

  • Design Thinking skills and experience using digital workspaces such as Mural.

  • Experience in program and project management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Work

As a Talent & Organisation/Human Potential professional, situated within our Strategy & Consulting practice, your work may include:

  • Building and leading talent strategies that incorporate future talent needs

  • Creating and implementing new operating models to achieve their business and people agenda

  • Helping to shape HR strategy, design and execute HR Transformation, and creating business cases for Transformation initiatives

  • Developing human-centred change strategies that will help companies change their culture and the way they do everything while preparing them for the future

  • Applying organisational and behavioural insights to propose innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability.

  • Supporting HR’s in designing and creating the employee experience, together with other areas that affect the complete employee lifecycle process and ‘moments that matter’

  • Leading cross-functional projects and teams

  • Analysing and interpreting data to design and roll out talent and workforce strategies that help companies shift to new ways of working

Bonus points if:
You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas:  HR Transformation, Change Management, Design Thinking, Agile Change, Learning & Talent Development, Learning organisational design. Future Workforce, Talent Strategy, Workforce Experience & HR.
