Content Moderation Analyst

 

 

The successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing photos, videos, profiles and text-based content and make judgments as to whether reviewed content is compliant with the client’s policies and procedures. Ensure every piece of content in violation of client’s terms of services is accurately identified and flagged for action in a timely manner with a consistency score, meeting client expectations.

 

 

Duties and Responsabilities:

  • Understand client policies and guidelines
  • Review user reports and apply policies as per client guidelines
  • Achieve target efficiency, productivity and quality targets
  • Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions
  • Ensure that information security practices and standards are observed

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong read and write skills in English is a must
  • Strong read and write skills in the language the analyst is hired for
  • Strong knowledge of cultural context in the market supported
  • Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
  • Detail orientation and client focus
  • Passionate about the internet                                                                    

Working Conditions

  • Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
  • Cyclical work shift including work hours at night
  • May need to work on bank holidays
  • Overtime may be required
