Leading a team of HR People Advisors, the Ireland Field HR Manager ensures there is alignment between business and Field HR strategic objectives. The Ireland Field HR Manager ensures the Field HR team provide Accenture leadership with end to end Field HR partnership, providing insight, advice and guidance on HR matters in support of business strategy and to optimize employee experiences.
Key activities include:
  • Play a leadership role in the development and implementation of the Accenture Ireland Talent Strategy across the campus
  • Active member of Ireland HR Leadership team, shaping the ongoing evolution and development of the team and talent agenda
  • Ensure a vision and strategic focus areas are defined for Field HR aligned to business priorities and the Ireland Talent Strategy
  • Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of key Field HR activities (i.e. Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Achievement, Total Reward) across the campus, ensuring Field HR input, understand and are aligned to the business and talent priorities for every DTE  
  • Drive a culture in the Field HR team of proactively providing data insights, observations and recommendations to support business decision making
  • Play a leadership role in strategic change programmes, ensuring the right planning, communications and governance are in place, coaching and influencing key stakeholders every step of the way
  • Partner with Leadership in the resolution of complex People and talent matters across the campus
  • Lead the Field HR team, responsible for driving activities to support the development, engagement and retention of the team
  • Ensure there is a strong connection and collaboration with the wider Ireland HR team and the UK Field HR team
  • Promote a one team way of working, continued focus on ensuring the right work is completed by the right people in the right place and Field HR are partnering with the wider Ireland HR team, employee enablement channels (i.e. Peopleline, myRequests, myDirectory) and using the tools / technology available (i.e. Insights Marketplace) in the delivery of our services
  • Work with the Ireland HR Director on other projects as needed
In addition, the Ireland Field HR Manager will lead the Employee Relations, Performance Achievement, Learning & Talent Development team for the Ireland campus, ensuring key priorities are defined and delivered for each area that are aligned to business priorities and the Ireland Talent Strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education - A Bachelor degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or  Business Management related discipline
  • Professional Qualifications - A Human Resources designation/certification preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ years experience of strategic HR Business Partnering 
  • Prior experience and track record in people management and team leadership
  • Advanced coaching and advisory skills at leadership level
  • Proven strategic capability & business acumen
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated ability to influence
  • Experience managing complex change management programmes
  • Ability to work with agility and use good judgement 
  • Advanced knowledge of Employee Relations
