Job duties of this Role:

• Ensure the alignment between data migration global central and local team, business and IT stakeholder

• Exchange with stakeholders to facilitate roadmaps, priorities and dependencies alignment (and ensure data migration is planned properly)

• Participate to the Arbitration and key decisions between the data migration central and local team

• Understand, coordinate and align data migration requirements / core model and the global model

• Analyze functional requirements, formalize their technical translations, the corresponding solution and undertake model developments in coherence with data migration teams

• Liaise with local teams to put in place the right solutions, according to their needs and specificities

• Support scoping and estimation of data migration projects

• Leverage global data migration methodology to execute data migration activities (Mocks and cutover)

• Leverage processes and tools to execute data migration consistently with quality

• Responsible for the management of the data migration task lists and update the plan

• Monitor and report key metrics to the PMO and to the data practice in a periodic manner

• Ensure execution of data migration tasks in a timely manner and escalate when there is a slippage

• Ensure issue resolution is done in a proper manner and completed on-time

• Manage dependencies between the project milestone dates and data migration due dates

• Bring in experience to advise clients appropriately on tools, data cleansing, data harmonization

• Support building cutover plans
