Job duties of this Role:
As a Scrum Master, you will take on a key position for the entrepreneurial paradigm shift towards business agility. You will help the teams understand the agile methodologies, processes and ceremonies and ensure that they are properly implemented and continuously improved. Your goal is to develop self-organized and high-performance teams.
Conveying and introducing agile values, methodologies and techniques (for example, you carry out Scrum ceremonies, create and maintain artifacts such as user stories, backlog, etc.)
Creation of platforms for solution and decision-making
Development and visualization of key figures to determine team efficiency and derive measures for continuous optimization
Identify and remove risks and barriers that keep the team from progressing
Methodical support of the customer requirements process; from identification to implementation
Qualifications
Come JOIN US if you have:
Ideally, you have completed a degree in one of the following subjects: computer science, mathematics, (economic) psychology, cultural or social sciences, business administration or a comparable subject
You have a good knowledge of agile procedures, methodologies and frameworks such as SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, Design Thinking or Devops
Deep understanding of digital products, mobile solution in particular
Well-founded practical experience in dealing with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, VersionOne or Rally
You are passionate about driving meaningful and sustainable organizational changes
The startup mentality and the agile mindset are in your blood - because trial and error, customer focus, flat hierarchies and innovations are a matter of course for you
You are fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
