Key responsibilities may include:

 

  •  Advisory services to address the unique challenges faced by the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service departments to enable a seamless and enriched end-to-end customer experience for both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) including:
    • How to improve the customer interactions and experiences across all channels
    • How to optimize customer operations while making the customer feel they are getting a better experience
    • How to address customer issues and problems before they occur
    • How to continually acquire new customers and boost sales through omni-channel options
    • How to better understand existing customers to create more value for them and from them
    • How to improve overall sales operations and the ability to sell the next generation of convergence services both in B2C and B2B
    • How to improve operational marketing performance and content time-to-market.
    • How to transform from the legacy world to introduce the innovative capabilities and models in a digital, agile and affordable way
  •  

  • Translate client problems into business requirements that can be transitioned into delivery functions for execution

  • Develop, design and optimise sales and customer service business process for efficiency and high performance

  • Understand roles, responsibilities and capabilities of a sales organisation and mechanisms to drive high performance

  • Ability to plan, design and implement change strategies to drive business adoption

     

Professional Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • At least 4 – 5 years’ experience in

  • Segmentation analysis

  • Operating model and process definition

  • Change management

  • Learning strategy and development

  • Possess commercial acumen with ability to tailor solutions to enhance effectiveness and to identify valuable client development opportunities

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to develop, maintain and influence strong internal and client relationships

  • Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Possess the ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
