Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Site Safety Representative, ANS
THE WORK:
- • You’ll ensure project site contractors and vendors meet contract HSE requirements and applicable HSE laws, regulations, and codes.
• You’ll represent the company with both internal stakeholders, external contractors and regulatory bodies.
• You’ll have the ability to work with a site team, corporate team, and contractors to complete HSE tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• You’ll complete project level risk reviews and maintain company specific risk assessments.
• You’ll represent company in daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings.
• You’ll develop and maintain project level HSE procedures, presentations, and project management trackers.
• You’ll review and evaluate incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• You’ll track and validate contractor HSE metrics at assigned project site.
• You’ll conduct HSE observations and self-assessments at assigned project site.
• You’ll utilize ISNetworld to evaluate contractor HSE performance.
$58,000 - $69,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• B.A./B.S. Degree
• CHST, ASP, or CSP
• Working knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
• OSHA 30 Construction, OSHA 500 preferred
• Trained or willing to be trained in first aid/CPR
• Comfortable commuting to and working in remote locations
• Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)
