We are looking for a Data Finance Director to lead the development of Data & AI capabilities applied to Finance in a high-growth, high-visibility environment. This role combines leadership, business development, and team building, with direct interaction with CFOs and senior stakeholders. The objective is to position Data & AI as a strategic capability for top-tier clients, including IBEX 35 companies.
The role is based in Madrid or Barcelona.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the growth of the Data & AI offering for Finance, driving business development across strategic clients.
  • Design and lead data solutions and architectures to deliver business value at scale.
  • Support CFOs and senior stakeholders in defining data-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams within the Data & AI Finance practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive business opportunities and consulting sales in strategic accounts.
  • Act as a key reference at the intersection of Data, AI, and Finance.
  • Lead financial transformation initiatives leveraging advanced data and AI capabilities.
  • Scale capabilities by building teams and expanding a strategic practice.

Mandatory requirements:
  • Experience in Data, Analytics, or AI leadership in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of data architectures, master data management (MDM), and cross-functional reporting.
  • Experience in business development, consulting sales, or opportunity generation in large accounts.
  • Experience leading teams and scaling capabilities.
  • High level of English.
Nice to have:
  • Experience engaging with CFOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Data & AI ecosystem, including agent-based architectures and AI solutions.
  • Background in consulting firms (Big 4, MBB) or data-driven transformation environments.
  • Ability to bring commercial network and client positioning.
