Technology Consulting partners with clients to architect and deliver transformative technology solutions that drive business growth and innovation. As organizations navigate rapid technological disruption, we act as trusted advisors—helping redefine IT and digital ecosystems, accelerate cloud adoption, and enable next-generation capabilities across data, AI, and emerging technologies.
You will play a key role in solving complex business challenges by combining strategy, design thinking, and deep technology expertise to deliver tangible, high-impact outcomes. This practice offers strong opportunities to build expertise in cloud, data, and enterprise transformation, while working across diverse industries and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze complex business and technology challenges, applying structured problem-solving to identify actionable insights and solutions
• Design and support implementation of cloud-enabled enterprise architectures, including applications, infrastructure, and operating models
• Drive IT and digital transformation initiatives by defining current-to-future state roadmaps and transition strategies
• Contribute to enterprise architecture across business, application, data, and integration domains
• Support development of cloud migration strategies, including roadmap planning and execution approaches
• Design and advise on scalable data platforms (e.g. data lakes, data warehouses) leveraging leading cloud technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across cloud, data, cybersecurity, and application domains
• Participate in client presentations and proposal discussions, effectively communicating architecture, strategy, and transformation value
• Support capability building by driving adoption of new technologies, tools, and innovative delivery approaches
• Contribute to organizational change initiatives, ensuring readiness for new processes, technologies, and operating models
• Provide thought leadership and guidance to teams, contributing to development of reusable assets, frameworks, and offerings
Core Skills & Capabilities
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architecture principles
• Expertise in data and analytics platforms, including data integration and cloud-based data architectures
• Ability to articulate target-state architectures and transformation journeys to both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working in agile and transformation delivery environments
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technology discipline with a strong academic record
• Relevant certification in data or cloud platforms (e.g. DAMA, Azure Data Architecture, AWS Data Analytics, or Google Cloud Data Analytics)
• Strong foundation in data architecture, data governance, and information management principles
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business needs into data and technology solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Experience
• Experience in technology consulting or large-scale transformation programs, with focus on data architecture, data governance, or data on cloud initiatives
• Exposure to modern data ecosystems, including data modernization, data platforms, and data operating models across cloud environments
• Understanding of data security, information management, and regulatory considerations within enterprise settings
• Industry experience in one or more sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, or equivalent domains is advantageous

• Experience supporting deal shaping, proposal development, and client presentations
• Strong understanding of data strategy, data operating models, and transformation change management

Data on Cloud Architect
• Experience defining data platform strategies for cloud migration and modernization
• Strong understanding of big data technologies and cloud-native data services
• Exposure to designing scalable data lake and data warehouse solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar
Data Strategy & Advisory
• Exposure to data capability maturity assessments and development of data & AI strategies
• Understanding of data governance frameworks, data operating models, and data architecture strategy
• Ability to align data strategy with business priorities and transformation objectives
Data Transformation Lead
• Understanding of end-to-end data supply chains and cloud-based data platforms
• Experience supporting workshops, stakeholder alignment, and transformation planning activities
• Exposure to value realization approaches and program delivery support within data transformation initiatives
