Within the Mid-Market Cyber Security team, Account Success Management is critical—ensuring every client engagement delivers measurable value while unlocking growth opportunities across the portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Own client relationships, retention, and account growth for cyber security needs of clients
  • Lead onboarding and sales-to-delivery transition
  • Collaborate with technical teams during delivery
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
  • Manage account health, reporting, and stakeholder engagement

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in account management or customer success with cyber security experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial skills
  • Understanding of technology or cyber environments
