Accenture Sweden is looking for a Client Executive to help grow and deepen relationships with our largest clients in the Banking and/or Insurance sector. In this role, you will work closely with industry leadership and client executives to expand existing partnerships and drive sustainable revenue growth.

You will lead complex, end‑to‑end engagements as well as business development opportunities, shaping value‑based solutions that address client priorities. Success in this role comes from creating new trusted, inclusive relationships and deepen existing relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and bringing together the right Accenture expertise to deliver impact, sometimes with yourself as delivery lead. You should have experience working with senior and middle management of Banking and/or Insurance clients in the Nordics

What you’ll do

  • Build and grow senior client relationships across Banking/Insurance organizations
  • Introduce clients to relevant Accenture offerings in consulting and technology
  • Lead opportunities from origination through contracting and sometimes also delivery
  • Identify burning client needs and challenges and prioritize growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Collaborate with industry leads and internal teams to deliver client value

What you bring

  • Experience in relationship‑driven, consultative business development and account mining, origination and delivery
  • Experience with Banking/Insurance clients in the Nordics
  • High level knowledge of shaping consulting and technology proposals based on client challenges
  • Networking skills to create and leverage senior relationships in client organizations
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to navigate complex client environments
  • University degree or equivalent experience

The role is based in Stockholm with limited travel across the Nordics and Europe.
