Spanish Procure to Pay Associate

Key Responsibilities
A. Vendor Support (Voice & Email)
Respond to vendor queries via phone and email in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Log, track, and follow up on all vendor issues until closure.
Provide accurate information related to processes, guidelines, status updates, and escalations.
Always ensure clear and concise communication.
B. Issue Resolution & Case Management
Identify, categorize, and prioritize vendor issues based on severity.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve vendor concerns.
Ensure SLAs for response and resolution are consistently met.
Escalate high-impact or urgent issues as per the escalation matrix.
C. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed and accurate case records in the ticketing system.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on ticket volume, issue types, and resolution times.
Contribute to updating helpdesk SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
D. Service Quality & Process Improvement
Identify recurring vendor issues and propose improvements.
Maintain high service quality, call etiquette, and compliance with communication standards.
Participate in calibration sessions and internal training.
Educational background
HSC/ Diploma/ Degree in a related field along with 6-12 months relevant work experience
Spanish written and spoken
